With over 30 years of practicing law, Marco Benucci has the experience and proven record of success.

Mr. Benucci was born in Rome, Italy.  He attended school in Italy and obtained a Juris Doctor Degree  from “La Sapienza” University in Rome, Italy in 1990.  He moved to the United States shortly thereafter and enrolled with Rutgers School of Law – Newark in 1991 obtaining a Juris Doctor Degree in 1993.  He was admitted to practice in New Jersey, U.S. Court of Appeals Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey in 1995.  

After acquiring practical experience by joining forces with a few small and mid-sized law firms in New Jersey, he started his own practice in 2003.   Mr. Benucci has appeared in the Superior Court of New Jersey in most of all all counties as well as in Federal Bankruptcy Court and Federal District Court.   Mr. Benucci has argued several cases before the Appellate Division and argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court.  He also tried a number of cases and authored appellate briefs on published and unpublished opinions.  Clients have included several banks, builders, small business owners and individuals.

Mr. Benucci concentrates his practice in the areas of general litigation, family law and real estate. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.  He is fluent in Italian and English.
