DWI and Traffic

While New Jersey does not consider most alcohol related traffic violations criminal, are among the strictest in the nation, including a ban on DWI plea bargaining for a lower charge. Aside from the financial consequences, a charge of driving while intoxicated or any offense including drugs or alcohol can carry significant consequences at a personal level.

With thirty years of experience in Municipal Court matters, including trials, the office of MMB Law can help you understand the penalties you are facing and how best to defend your charges.  Our goal is to keep our clients well informed as to the consequences of stemming from the charges and to provide our clients with all options available in terms or pleas or trials.

In addition to DWI related matters, our firm can help clients with all matters relating to traffic tickets.  In addition to representing private clients, Marco Benucci, Esq., has been for over a decade a Public Defender in two municipalities.  There are many violations that can result in traffic tickets in the State of New Jersey and that have serious effects on a client both financially and emotionally. Among others, and by way of example only:

Reckless Driving
Leaving the Scene of an Accident
Improper Passing of a School Bus
Racing on a Highway
Careless Driving
Driving while Suspended
